Description
1. The body and column are made of high strength cast iron, large size box type structure, set up enough reinforcement plate, integral casting, aging treatment, so that the machine has enough rigidity and stability.
2.The two-section universal revolving milling head enables the revolution and adjustment of the spindle at any angle in the horizontal or vertical place. Therefore, each clamping can complete the processing of complex parts with multiple angles and faces.
3. The main drive of milling head is transferred via the gearbox and two pairs of arc gears, the cutting is stable and reliable.
4. X,Y,Z-axes, the manual feed and auto feed can be realized. The auto feed adopts the centralized rammer gearbox which is convenient, stable and reliable.
5. Large 3-axis travel, especially suitable for processing large and heavy workpieces.
