Description

Feature:

1. This machine is a 4-axis CNC planer adopting bidirectional planing. In addition to processing various parts that can be handled by ordinary planers, it can also machine special-shaped surfaces such as curved surfaces and inclined surfaces in two section directions, thus fully expanding the machining range of planers.

2. Main structure: A gantry frame is formed by the bed, double columns and crossbeam. The crossbeam can move up and down along the guide rails of the two columns; the reciprocating ram moves on the crossbeam via high-rigidity rolling guide rails; the worktable is located in the middle of the bed and can move horizontally; the tool rest is in the middle of the ram and can move vertically; the CNC high-precision rotary table can rotate freely at any angle within 360 degrees.
All these four directional motion mechanisms are driven by AC servos. In particular, after the planer ram is equipped with servo drive, it features high efficiency and precision. The software-based acceleration and deceleration are fast and stable without impact, greatly improving reliability. Moreover, the adjustment of speed and distance is very convenient. Thanks to the bidirectional planer tool device, it realizes high-efficiency, high-precision and high-performance bidirectional planing.

3. The CNC system is a 4-axis special system developed on the basis of well-known CNC systems. Except for special instructions, other G codes (such as G01, G00, G02, G03, G41, G42) are universal and similar to those of FANUC.

4. This planer is especially suitable for machining the impeller surfaces of Roots blowers and Roots vacuum pumps, as well as crystallizer surfaces in the iron and steel industry, large mold surfaces and various special-shaped parts.
