1. The bed base and headstock are all cast from high-strength materials, ensuring the stability of the machine tool during long-term use.
2. 45° integral slant bed structure, equipped with high-precision preloaded linear guideways. Servo motors are directly connected to ball screws via high-torque, low-inertia elastic couplings. The ball screw supports feature a pre-stretched structure, which can eliminate transmission backlash and pre-compensate for the impact of thermal deformation on precision during long-term machine operation, ensuring positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. It is particularly suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining.
3. Spindle unit: A high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity shell-type spindle unit with a servo spindle motor is adopted, enabling higher spindle speeds. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature room, followed by a 72-hour continuous constant temperature running-in after assembly, and another 72-hour continuous test run after being installed on the machine, ensuring the reliability of its high-speed and high-precision performance.
4. Bearings: High-precision spindle bearing sets are used, undergoing precision assembly and dynamic balance testing to ensure the spindle has high precision, low noise, and strong rigidity.
5. Hydraulic chuck: A wedge-type through-hole chuck, compliant with international standards. All sliding surfaces undergo hardening treatment and precision grinding, featuring a high-rigidity structure and high clamping accuracy.
6. Transmission: Ball screws and nuts are processed, ground, assembled, and quality-inspected in a constant temperature workshop, ensuring the stability of their high precision.
7. Linear guideways: Adopt a 4-row roller design with a 45° contact angle and a high-rigidity cross-sectional structure, featuring strong load-bearing capacity, low friction, good rigidity, low noise, and excellent lubrication performance.
8. Gang tool: Offers fast tool change speed and high positioning accuracy.
9. Lubrication system: Each lubrication point uses a forced automatic lubrication device to provide fixed-point and quantitative lubrication for screws and guideways. When there is an abnormal condition or insufficient oil quantity, it automatically generates a warning signal, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
10. The lathe protection (guard/cover) adopts a full-protection design, featuring high ergonomics, an attractive and unique appearance, reliable water and chip resistance, and easy maintenance.
