Description
This CNC vertical lathe is advanced equipment with high performance, broad processing craft scope and high production efficiency. They can be used for mechanical processing such as rough and finishing machining to inside and outside cylindrical faces. Inside and outside circular conical surfaces. Hollows, worms and different kinds of curve faces and notch cutting.
1. The lathe main transmission can be driven by AC. The AC motor drives the main shaft through the 16/4/2 – step speed changing mechanism, the rotation rate of workbench can be changed in the scope.
2. The main shaft of workbench is centered by biserial short cylindrical roller bearing with high precision and adjustable diametric clearance. With the constant current and static pressure rack, the workbench has the features of high running accuracy, large carrying capacity and small thermal deformation.3. Scraped by hands, the guide surfaces of upright column, beam and ram have high accuracy and good quality.
4. The feeding of the lathe is driven by AC servomotor through ball screw transmitting motion. The beam and vertical tool posts are covered with sealing shield, which make the lathe more safety and easy to operate.
