CF–axis is driven by ultra high resolution servo motor. It is adopted with worm gear drive system for high accuracy transmission and easy backlash adjustment. The indexing accuracy is up to 0.001°. Standard disk brake system provide quick reacting and adequate locking force to satisfy rigid request when heavy cutting.

CF-axis and live tooling spindle can provide turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other complex processing capacity. This can increase production efficiency, also can avoid setting error when parts moving between machines.

2.  The base and column adapt Meehanite castings, integrated box type structure, rib and reinforced provide excellent stability, good thermal expansion and performance for the vertical column.

3.   The column adopts the integrated box structure, large span, wide box way, high stability.

4.   Lifting crossbeam, hydraulic locking structure, simple operation, machining range of strong mobility.

5.   X-axis adopts Turcite-B box way, Z axis adopts the hydrostatic square ram way. High rigidity, can achieve high load cutting.

6.  Headstock: High power FANUC/SIEMENS spindle motor and two-step gear box and P4 class NN type dual roller bearing design, provide high torque output in low speed to satisfy heavy cutting request.
