HMC-800 (Inverted T)
Feature:
1. The machine is composed of basic components such as bed, column, upper and lower sliding seats, worktable, headstock, and spindle. The overall layout of the machine tool features a single column, a side-hung box, and a fixed faceplate. The worktable can move longitudinally and transversely on the bed guideways and can achieve 360° rotational movement. The walls of the bed, sliding seats, and column castings are provided with cross ribs connected as a whole to ensure good rigidity of the casting structure.
2. The spindle adopts a "three-layer sleeve" mechanical structure, namely the faceplate spindle, hollow spindle (boring sleeve), and spindle (boring bar), ensuring high rotational accuracy of the spindle. The spindle is supported at three points, achieving good rigidity and excellent precision retention.
3. The spindle (boring bar) is made of 38CrMoAlA electric-rolled normalized steel, with surface nitriding, grinding, and polishing treatments. It has high deflection resistance and surface hardness, ensuring durability.
4. The hollow spindle (boring sleeve) is equipped with three large interference-fit quenched bushings at the front and rear, allowing the spindle to move precisely back and forth within the bushings.
5. The main motion system of the machine tool is driven by a 7.5kw single-speed AC motor. Through a hydraulically preselected rotary valve, it operates four variable-speed oil cylinders to drive four sets of sliding gears, thereby obtaining 22 spindle speeds within the range of 8-1000r/min.
6. The machine is equipped with a suspended button station, enabling centralized, flexible, and convenient operation. The changes of the main motion spindle speed and the feed rate of each axis adopt hydraulic preselected speed change, which is lightweight, fast, accurate, easy to operate, and saves auxiliary time.
7. The lifting of the headstock, the longitudinal and transverse movements of the worktable, and the distribution of rotational motion are all controlled by electromagnetic clutches. Their clamping and releasing are controlled hydraulically. After clamping, mechanical self-locking is achieved, ensuring reliable clamping, reducing the labor intensity of operators, and improving the automation level of the machine tool.
8. The headstock and the rapid-movement box are respectively equipped with a feed motion safety coupling and a rapid motion safety coupling. When the machine tool is overloaded, the safety coupling automatically disengages, effectively preventing damage to the internal mechanism of the machine tool.
9. The worktable has 4×90° rotation positioning with an optical sight, ensuring high positioning accuracy and high precision for boring holes after turning.
10. The X-axis and Y-axis (standard configuration) are equipped with ball grid digital readout scales and digital readout meters with memory function. The ball grid scale is an integral scale without the need for splicing, easy to install, and with stable precision. Its fully enclosed structure can effectively prevent the intrusion of oil, coolant, chips, etc., ensuring durability. The reading accuracy is 0.005mm. According to user requirements, a ball grid digital readout device can also be installed in the Z direction, which is a special supply part (optional).
11. The bed guideways and sliding seat guideways are protected by fully enclosed stainless steel pull plates to extend the service life of the guideways.
12. The lubricating oil for the gears and bearings inside the headstock comes from the gear pump in the tail box. An oil sight window is provided above the front of the headstock to check the oil supply.
13. The upper and lower sliding seats, the inside of the rotary worktable, and all guideway pairs (excluding the rear column part) adopt centralized lubrication, which is provided by a quantitative lubrication pump installed behind the lower sliding seat.
14. There is an electrical-hydraulic interlock relationship between the moving parts of the machine tool, allowing only one moving part to move while other parts are automatically clamped.
15. The X, Y, and W axes of the machine tool are equipped with lead screw transmission, ensuring stable and reliable transmission.
16. The electrical control of the machine tool adopts a PLC programmable controller with reliable performance.
17. The spindle taper hole is 7:24 ISO50# (optional), with an automatic tool changing device, which not only shortens the auxiliary time for tool changing but also reduces the labor intensity of workers. It has the functions of automatic tool clamping and hydraulic releasing, making operation extremely convenient and avoiding damage to spindle precision caused by traditional knocking to withdraw tools.
