2. The main drive of lathe is driven by an AC motor. Alternating current passes through a 16-speed or 4-speed spindle speed change mechanism to achieve the speed range of the worktable.

4. According to customer requirements, the lathe can be equipped with a constant temperature cooling device. An independent hydraulic station system can be provided to ensure the machining accuracy of the lathe and the stability of various technical indicators.

5. The guideway surfaces of parts such as the column, crossbeam, and vertical ram undergo precision grinding, resulting in high precision and good quality.

6. The electrical parts of lathe adopt a PLC control system, thus ensuring stable and reliable quality of the electrical system.

7. The ram is modified to a square ram, which has a large cross-sectional size and good rigidity. The contact surface between the top of the crossbeam and the rollers adopts a steel insert structure.
