1.  Product description 

R is a combined model with 1 set of dry sand belt. RR is a combined model with 2 sets of dry sand belts. RRR is a combined model with 3 sets of dry sand belts. This equipment is designed to efficiently remove burrs from the surface of metal workpieces and achieve high-quality wire drawing effects. It is suitable for various common metal materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, and aluminum alloy, meeting the precision and quality requirements for metal surface treatment in different industries, improving production efficiency and product added value. Different parameters can be adjusted and appropriate abrasives can be selected according to varying processing requirements. Additionally, this equipment is controlled by a button-type intelligent control system, with no PLC touch screen control.

2.  Features

(1). Deburring and wire drawing treatment on workpiece surface
Equipped with 1/2/3-set of wide sand belt structures. Driven by grinding rollers, the abrasive belts rotate at high speed to remove burrs such as slag particles, scale, and large flanges on the workpiece surface, while achieving high-quality wire drawing effects.

(2). Equipment conveying
This equipment uses a high-temperature resistant conveyor belt to transport workpieces, with pressure rollers for compression and frequency conversion speed regulation.

(3). Sand belt motor
It realizes real-time matching of abrasive belt speed and feeding speed, avoiding the risk of burning thin workpieces and truly achieving cold grinding. The motor has high power, making product processing more effortless.

(4). Platform lifting motor
The motor's rotation speed and angle can be precisely adjusted via the controller, enabling accurate control of lifting height, which can meet the precise height adjustment requirements of different application scenarios.

(5). Conveying platform
Following precision machining by a CNC gantry machining center and subsequent aging treatment, the flatness tolerance is controlled to within 0.02mm.

(6). Equipment dust collection (optional)

This equipment lacks a dust collector, but a wet dust collector is optional. During operation, most dust from the main unit is effectively suctioned through the dust port, preventing dust explosion risks and keeping the equipment interior clean.

(7). Control System
This equipment uses a button-type intelligent control system (no PLC touch screen). It features a well-designed interface with ergonomic buttons—precise, sensitive to touch—making operation intuitive, easing use and boosting efficiency.

It has advanced alarms, closely monitoring operation. On issues like belt misalignment, workpiece jams, or motor overload, it instantly pinpoints faults and alerts operators via clear audio-visual signals for timely handling.

An emergency stop button instantly cuts power to halt the machine in emergencies, ensuring operator and equipment safety. Efficient, precise, and safe, it’s vital for metal processing.
