CTM-2050 AHR / CTM-2550AHR
1. Product description
The MHRP deburring and wire drawing machine is specially designed to remove residual slag on the surface of workpieces after flame cutting, air cutting, etc., as well as perform deburring, descaling, and wire drawing treatments. It integrates multiple functions such as slag removal with hammer disc H, deburring with sand belt R, and chamfering with roller brush P, enabling the completion of various surface treatment tasks in one stop, which effectively improves production efficiency and product quality. Different parameters can be adjusted and appropriate abrasives can be selected according to different processing requirements.
2. Features
(1). Treatment of burrs and slag on workpiece surface
This equipment is equipped with 1 set (7 pieces) of slag cleaning hammer mechanisms. The slag cleaning hammers rotate at high speed and swing left and right to remove burrs such as slag particles and large flanges on the workpiece surface.
(2). Deburring, descaling, and wire drawing treatment on workpiece surface
The equipment is equipped with a set of wide sand belt structures. Driven by the grinding roller, the sand belt rotates at high speed to remove burrs such as slag particles, scale, and large flanges on the workpiece surface, while achieving high-quality wire drawing effects.
(3). Deburring treatment for workpiece edges and holes
The equipment is equipped with two rows (2 sets per row) of universal roller brush structures. The roller brush abrasives rotate at high speed to scour the workpiece surface, making the contour edges around the surface and inside the holes smooth and rounded to form a fillet effect. It can comprehensively remove burrs generated during processes such as stamping, shearing, laser cutting, and plasma cutting in one operation, ensuring all edges and holes of the workpiece achieve a small R-arc effect. The processing process is safe and reliable, resulting in a perfect finish for the workpiece.
(4). Equipment conveying
The equipment uses a high-temperature resistant conveyor belt to transport workpieces, with magnetic adsorption on the conveying platform, which is particularly suitable for processing small workpieces. It features frequency conversion speed regulation.
(5). Equipment dust collection
The equipment is configured with a 5.5kW wet dust collector. Dust collection method: Most of the dust generated by the main machine during operation is effectively sucked away through the dust collection port, eliminating the hidden danger of dust explosion and keeping the inside of the equipment clean.
(6). Sand belt motor
It realizes real-time matching of sand belt speed and feeding speed, avoiding the risk of burning thin workpieces and truly achieving cold grinding. With high motor power, it makes product processing easier.
(7). Platform lifting motor
The platform lifting adopts a servo motor, featuring closed-loop control, fast response, and high precision. In contrast, stepper motors use open-loop control with slow response and low precision, leading to significant differences in effect when processing thin plates. The positioning accuracy reaches 0.01mm.
(8). Conveying platform
Following precision machining by a CNC gantry machining center and subsequent aging treatment, the flatness tolerance is controlled to within 0.02mm.
(9). Roller brush abrasives
Standard abrasives are adopted; the number of abrasive sheets is 12.5% more, the effective service length is 23% longer, and the overall service life is increased by 38.4%. Cogentech uses universal abrasives, which can be purchased in the market externally.
(10). Conductive slip ring
Cogentech deburring machines come standard with industrial-grade conductive slip rings, with a service life of 80 million rotations, 5.33 times that of civilian-grade ones; the protection class is IP65.
(11). Alarm and display
Cogentech deburring machines have comprehensive alarm and display functions.
Alarms include: safety door open, abrasive belt not tensioned, abrasive belt deviation, motor overload, etc..
Displays include: abrasive belt current, safety door open, etc.
(12). Safety
Cogentech deburring machines feature a comprehensive anti-flying structure design. Anti-flying pressure rollers and anti-flying metal chains are installed at the inlet and outlet; all transparent windows are made of explosion-proof materials; the built-in lighting is an explosion-proof lamp.
(13). Abrasive wear compensation
Cogentech's independently developed automatic abrasive compensation technology reduces manual intervention, ensures uniform abrasive wear, and thus guarantees stable product quality.
(14). Control system
The equipment is equipped with a Delta high-definition touch screen, and the entire machine is centrally controlled by a PLC program, with comprehensive self-inspection functions, safety protection functions, and alarm functions.
3. Mechanism principles:
(1). Principle of slag cleaning hammer mechanism
The equipment is equipped with 1 set (7 pieces) of slag cleaning hammer mechanisms, which consist of high-strength alloy slag cleaning hammers installed on a high-speed rotating main shaft. The angle and distribution of the slag cleaning hammers are optimally designed to effectively strike the workpiece surface and shake off residual slag left from cutting. The main shaft is driven by an independent motor and achieves high-speed and stable operation through belt transmission.
(2). Principle of abrasive belt mechanism
The deburring mechanism of this equipment adopts a wide abrasive belt structure. The wide abrasive belt is mounted on abrasive belt wheels, which are made of high-quality steel with specially treated surfaces to ensure uniform tension and stable operation of the abrasive belt. Each set of abrasive belts is equipped with an independent tensioning device and an abrasive belt swing mechanism. The tensioning device can precisely adjust the tension of the abrasive belt to ensure the grinding effect; the swing mechanism enables the abrasive belt to perform reciprocating swings during operation, avoiding local excessive wear of the abrasive belt, prolonging its service life, and ensuring more uniform grinding of the workpiece surface.
(3). Principle of roller brush mechanism
The R-angle chamfering mechanism of the equipment is a roller brush mechanism. Two rows of roller brushes in this mechanism are arranged in a staggered and crossed opposite manner. Driven by a revolving shaft, 4 roller brush abrasives rotate at high speed and beat the workpiece, enabling uniform grinding and chamfering of the workpiece at any position on the conveyor belt.
(4). Principle of fixing and conveying mechanism
The equipment is driven by a high-temperature resistant conveyor belt, with a frequency-variable adjustable conveying speed. Workpieces are firmly fixed on the conveyor belt through a combination of pressure roller clamping and magnetic adsorption.
