1.  Main functions

(1). Used for deburring, rounding, grinding, etc. on metal surfaces.

(2). One side of the manual grinding head is equipped with abrasive media for heavy-duty grinding, while the other side can be fitted with, for example, brush heads for deburring, rounding, and surface treatment. If required, a mirror polishing effect can also be achieved. Additionally, the 180-degree rotating shaft makes the replacement of different consumables effortless.

(3). The special pad on the machine table features a high-damping non-slip surface, which can secure workpieces during deburring and surface wire drawing. Small workpieces are held in place via the integrated vacuum adsorption platform. It can comprehensively remove burrs generated in processes such as stamping, shearing, laser cutting, and plasma cutting, ensuring all edges and holes of the workpieces achieve a small R-arc effect. The processing is safe and reliable, resulting in perfect workpieces.

(4). Adopts an ergonomic design to optimize operating conditions.

(5). Processing and grinding consumables: sand discs of various particle sizes and grinding sand disc rollers.
