1.Working Principle

When dust-laden gas is drawn into the inlet of the dust collector's air intake chamber by the fan, the airflow turns downward and impacts the water surface, with some larger dust particles falling directly into the water.

As fine dust particles pass through the S-shaped converging-diverging channel between the upper and lower impeller blades along with the gas, the airflow speed increases. When the airflow impacts the water surface, it carries water along, stirring up abundant water splashes, foam, and fine mist to ensure full contact between gas and water.

Within the S-shaped channel, the sudden change in airflow direction generates centrifugal force, throwing dust onto the outer wall, where fine particles are effectively captured by the water mist.

After exiting the S-shaped channel into the clean gas mist separation chamber, the airflow slows down. Water mist is separated by centrifugal force via the water baffle and falls, washing the dust and enabling further thorough gas-water mixing. Most fine dust particles are captured by the water splashes and mist, sinking into the water and returning to the storage tank.

 Purified gas has water droplets removed by the baffle in the mist separation chamber before being drawn out by the fan. Sludge is discharged periodically or continuously through the sludge discharge valve.

(4). Suitable for handling high-temperature, high-humidity airflow, high specific resistance dust, and flammable and explosive dust-laden gases.
(5). While removing dust particles, it can also remove water vapor and certain gaseous pollutants from gases. It serves both as a dust remover and a cooling and purification device.
