Work Process

·Deliver pin position: insert key to fixture→recognize key tooth→servo transmission to match key pins→air cylinder pushing to next station;

·Deliver spring and sealing beads: inductive locating→servo transmission to match spring and sealing beads→air cylinder pushing to next station;

·Pressing station: insert lock shell to fixture→inductive locating→key pins transmission→spring and sealing beads feeding→pressurize air cylinder pressing.

Product Description

This is an automatic pin matching and assembling machine mainly used for different kind of lock cylinders like computer slot, S-slot, AB beads and padlock. It has the function to identify key tooth automatically. Aiming at improving automation and work efficiency, reducing the labor intensity and increasing production, the machine tool adopts unique designs between servo motor and pneumatic components to realize coordinated movement. It also adopts touch screen display and PLC modular control system.
