Features:

1. The pipe bending machine adopts a horizontal structure, mainly composed of the bed part, main transmission part, clamping part, guiding part, mandrel mechanism and mandrel support part, hydraulic system, electrical part, mold part, and electrical control part.

2. The machine is controlled by a microcomputer, and its motion mechanisms are driven by hydraulics.

3. The hydraulic system of the machine is equipped with a water cooling device, which facilitates the user to control the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil.

4. The main bending transmission part is driven by a hydraulic cylinder + rack or chain, and both its bending and return actions are precisely controlled by solenoid valves.

5. The bending shaft, main clamp, auxiliary clamp, auxiliary pusher, and mandrel are all driven by hydraulic cylinders, with functions of automatic hydraulic auxiliary pushing and automatic hydraulic mandrel.

6. The hook-type hydraulic follow-up guide plate ensures the thinning amount of the pipe fitting during bending; the hydraulic core-pulling mandrel improves the ovality of the bent pipe fitting; an optional movable core device can be installed to make the product more fully formed.

7. An optional anti-wrinkle mold device can be installed to ensure no wrinkles during the bending of pipe fittings with small radii and thin walls.

8. Wear-resistant plates are installed between some moving parts to reduce wear on the moving parts and greatly extend their service life.

9. It has the functions of digital setting and digital control for the bending angle. Digital display resolution: 0.1° for bending angle; maximum bending angle: 190°.

10. It has an automatic storage and memory function, which can store up to 16 workpieces. Each workpiece can be programmed with 16 storage parameters for on-demand retrieval at any time.

11. A separate foot-controlled switch enables remote operation.

12. Screen display: The operation interface adopts a button-controlled screen, available in Chinese or English. Pipe bending parameters can be set on the interface; the set processing quantity and completed quantity are displayed in real time; the machine can automatically detect machine faults and operation faults.

13. It has functions such as cycle operation, semi-cycle operation, manual operation, and pause. The next cycle is started via a switch, and it is equipped with an emergency stop function.

14. The pipe bending machine can be optionally equipped with a feeding length-setting mechanism, eliminating the need for manual assistance in positioning the feeding size during pipe bending.

15. The pipe bending arm is equipped with a reliable safety protection device. When the pipe bending components are in operation, the mechanism runs stably at a constant speed without abnormal noise.

16. For the hydraulic system:

The main control components of the hydraulic system adopt imported or high-quality domestic hydraulic components.

The hydraulic system uses an integrated circuit module structure with a reasonable design, and is equipped with an oil suction filtration system to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.

The oil tank is a closed type with a liquid level gauge and a tank window for easy cleaning.

The pipelines are arranged reasonably and securely, and high-pressure hoses are used for the hydraulic pipelines.

17. For the electrical system:
① The machine is equipped with an emergency stop self-locking button, whose normally closed contact is used for the safety circuit;
② It has an automatic power-off protection function;
③ All electrical distribution components are clearly labeled, consistent with the circuit diagram;
④ The motor is designed with corresponding overcurrent protection;
⑤ Electrical brand: Well-known imported brands or first-tier domestic well-known brands.

18. Different pipe bending molds are required for different pipe materials and different bending radii. The mold is composed of optional components including a pipe bending wheel mold, clamping mold, sliding plate mold, core-piercing mold, and anti-wrinkle mold.

19. The pipe bending molds are easy and quick to replace, wear-resistant, and ensure the bent pipe fittings are fully formed without wrinkles.
