3. Automatic Error and Fault Detection: Has the function of automatically detecting errors and faults, which are displayed on the screen, making it easy for operators to troubleshoot.

4. Touch Screen Data Input: All processing data is input via the touch screen. For each pipe bend, compensation values, speed and demoulding gap can be set according to different material properties.

5. Customizable Bending Parameters: Each bend of the same pipe can be independently programmed with 5 action sequences and 10 speed segments for operators to combine freely. This improves work efficiency and reduces pipe interference points.

6. Multi-Language Support: The touch screen supports switching between Chinese and English; displays in other languages can be customized and ordered according to requirements.

7. Flexible Feeding & Coordinate Conversion: The feeding method can be selected as straight feeding or pinch feeding based on different needs, and it can automatically convert XYZ coordinates to YBC processing values.

8. Thermal Management for Electrical System: The electrical control system is equipped with a heat exchanger for automatic heat dissipation, ensuring the long service life of the electrical control system.

9.  Automatic Lubrication System: The machine is equipped with an automatic oil injection lubrication system, which simplifies maintenance and extends the overall service life of the equipment.

10. Manual Fine-Tuning & Position Memory: The settings of the feeding trolley’s material inlet position, safety devices, digital model interference position and guide die interference position can be manually fine-tuned, and the positions are automatically memorized. This eliminates errors caused by manual measurement and losses from machine collisions.

11. Pre-Movement Detection for Feeding Axis: The feeding axis automatically performs a detection before moving to avoid collisions with the machine.

12.  Decomposed Actions for Actual Bending: During actual bending, decomposed actions can be selected to observe interference points and adjust the process, thereby improving efficiency.
