The SLK-300 CNC slotting machine has a slotting length of 300mm and a maximum slotting speed of 120n/min. It is mainly used for slotting keyways of 10mm or less; for keyways exceeding 10mm, combined tools are required for slotting. The transmission method is belt drive. It can be optionally equipped with an external CNC rotary table or a built-in 250mm CNC rotary table, where the built-in rotary table is embedded inside the worktable.

1. The slotting machine is mainly composed of upper and lower machine beds, a carriage, a ram, a crank, a slider, a worktable, etc. All main parts are made of HT250 cast iron, processed through high-temperature aging treatment, and finished by precision machining or precision scraping and fitting.

2. It is controlled by the KND1000MF CNC control system and equipped with an electronic handwheel, enabling convenient tool setting.

The CNC control system is equipped with comprehensive and reliable functions including interlocking, safety protection, and fault diagnosis & alarm. It comes with a standard communication interface, enabling program control and storage with a computer, and supporting DNC machining (varies by system).

The machine is designed with a power-off function when the rear door is open; the machine can only be started after the rear door is closed.

3. The main drive adopts a crank-slider mechanism. A servo motor achieves high-torque transmission through a reduction mechanism to realize the reciprocating movement of the ram in the Z-direction (i.e., the slotting function of the machine tool). The X and Y direction feeds are controlled by servos to achieve stepless speed regulation. The X-direction ball screw is directly connected to the motor, while the Y-direction ball screw is driven by the motor via a high-strength synchronous belt.

4. The ball screw assemblies for the X and Y axes adopt a double-nut pre-tightening structure, which facilitates adjusting the gap between the screw and the nut and extends the service life of the ball screw assemblies.

5. A full-protection structure, ensuring safety and an attractive appearance. Optional chip conveyor.

6. The slotting machine is capable of slotting planes, formed surfaces, internal and external single keyways, and spline grooves. It has high power, good rigidity, large precision reserve, high cost-effectiveness, and a long service life.
