Description
Features:
1. The machine adopts ram and lifting table structure, the ram for horizontal movement, knee for longitudinal and lifting movement.
2. The main parts are made of high strength and high-quality cast iron, high rigidity and stability.
3. The auxiliary guide post is set in front of the knee, high stability.
4. Equipped with universal milling head, realize vertical, horizontal and front hemisphere arbitrary space universal machining.
5. Two options for spindle speed: mechanical 27-step and variable speeds.
6. The table is equipped with 3-axis ball screw with high precision.
7. The table is equipped with three independent servo motors on three axes, which can control table feed；electronic hand wheel is simple to operate
8. Automatic centralized and timed quantitative lubrication to ensure enough and reliable lubrication of box way and ball screw.
9. The control panel on a long extending arm that can be ideally positioned by the operator.
10. Standard LCD screen DRO.
