1. Features 

(1). 5-VMC-320 Bridge type 5-axis linkage machining center, is a Japanese design, Chinese OEM produce machining center.

(2). The machine can realize 5-axis 5-linkage processing through X, Y, Z, A and C axes. It is used for machining impeller, valve body, thin-wall, 

shell and frame parts with flexible and efficient processing. Adopt the high performance 5-axis cradle turntable, the workpiece can automatically and continuously complete the high-speed milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping and other processing processes of multiple planes after one clamping.

(3). The base is made of mineral castings from Switzerland formula. There is no internal stress, no aging stress, and the machine maintains good static precision stability. Mineral castings have good shock absorption performance, and the material can absorb the vibration generated during processing, so as to ensure the good dynamic performance of the machine. The thermal conductivity of mineral casting, is 1/50 of that of cast iron, which can ensure the long-term thermal stability of the machine.

(4). The moving parts are made of high-quality resin sand molding and high strength cast iron material, and through finite element analysis, the rib layout is reasonable, fully meeting the cutting needs of the machine.

(5). Box spindle head structure, internal reinforcement, P4 ultra-precision angular ball bearing and long span support design, so

that the spindle can withstand strong radial and axial thrust, eliminate the vibration generated under heavy load cutting. Equipped with a famous brand spindle, the nose of the spindle is designed with the air curtain of the spindle to prevent debris from entering, ensuring the accuracy and life of the spindle.

(6). Ball screw and linear guideway are Taiwan famous brand to ensure processing accuracy and machine life.

(7). Equipped with centralized lubrication system, to ensure that the moving parts of the machine are well lubricated, smooth running, and improve the service life of the lead screw and linear guideway.

(8). The guideway cover adopts a large inclination mountain structure, which makes the cutting fluid and chips smoothly discharged in time.

(9). Standard SNYTEC system 220MA-5, with RCTP five-axis five-linkage function.
