1. This lathe is a traditional export product, featuring a compact overall structure, a pleasing and attractive appearance, a spindle with large torque, high rigidity, stable and reliable performance, and excellent precision retention.
2. The headstock, with optimized design, can perform processing of straight lines, arcs, metric and imperial threads, and multi-start threads. It is suitable for turning disc and shaft parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements.
3. The guideways undergo high-frequency quenching, making them super-hard, wear-resistant, durable, and capable of maintaining good machining precision.
4. Spindle and bearings: The spindle is made through the process of forging from high-quality steel → normalizing → machining → quenching and tempering → semi-finishing → high-frequency quenching → precision machining → finished product. The high-precision spindle bearing sets undergo precision assembly and dynamic balance testing, ensuring the spindle has high precision, low noise, and strong rigidity.
5. Tool post: Adopting the principle of worm and gear drive, three-tooth disc meshing positioning, and screw locking, it features stable indexing and no need for lifting, preventing cutting fluid from seeping into the interior of the tool post during indexing.
6. Chuck: A three-jaw self-centering chuck with a short cylinder connection method.
7. Transmission: Both screws and nuts are machined, ground, assembled, and inspected in a constant temperature workshop, ensuring the stability of their high precision.
8. Tailstock: Located on the other end of the spindle. After moving to a certain position, loosen the locking handle, rotate the handwheel to move the sleeve, tighten the workpiece, then lock the sleeve, and turning can be performed.
9. Lubrication system: An automatic lubrication pump is used, which mainly provides uninterrupted oil supply to the bed guideways, dovetail surfaces on the carriage, and lubrication surfaces between the ball screws and nuts.
