1. The machine is of traditional table-type layout, with column mounted on the bed and spindle head with fixed facing head mounted on the side of column.

2.  Bed adopts closed boxy structure, high rigidity.

3.  Table is of boxy design, powerful loading capacity.

4.  6-axis (X,Y,Z,B,W,U) controlled, 4-axis simultaneously. The linear scales are used for X,Y,Z and B axes, full-closed loop control; The encoders are used for W and U axes, semi-closed loop control.

5.  Facing head slide is driven by ball screw and double nuts to eliminate backlash.
