1.Product description
The WRR wet wire drawing machine is a model equipped with two sets of wet wide abrasive belts, capable of achieving effects such as wire drawing, polishing, descaling, and removing slag burrs on the surface of metal sheets.
2. Features
(1). Wire drawing and deburring function
Equipped with two sets of wide wet abrasive belt structures. Driven by grinding rollers, the abrasive belts rotate at high speed to perform wire drawing and deburring on the workpiece surface.
(2). The conveyor belt of this equipment is made of PVC + rubber material, featuring acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties. It is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation.
(3). The sand belt power rubber rollers of this equipment adopt custom 55° rubber rollers, which offer greater stability during long-term operation, are wear-resistant, and prevent workpieces from collapsing at the edges during grinding.
(4). Equipped with a water circulation system.
(5). This machine has a total of 2 processing stations, with one water pipe installed in front of and behind each station; each water pipe can be independently switched on or off. During long-term use, the inside of the water pipes may become clogged, and each pipe can be independently disassembled to facilitate cleaning when clogged.
(6). All water pipes of the wet wire drawing machine are galvanized corrosion-resistant pipes, ensuring a long service life.
(7). The equipment frame is welded with channel steel, featuring a surface electrostatic spraying process and a stable structure.
(8). The conveying platform is a marble platform, processed by a precision grinding machine with built-in magnets. It has a flatness tolerance of less than 0.02mm and high precision.
(9). It has a processing thickness of 1-80mm. The lifting motor adopts a servo motor with closed-loop control, fast response and high precision.
(10). The sand belt deviation correction uses BANNER waterproof through-beam photoelectric sensors, which have strong anti-interference capability.
(11). All sand belt motors and other motors are equipped with pneumatic brakes. When an emergency stop signal is triggered in an emergency, the equipment can stop immediately without deceleration time, ensuring higher safety.
(12). The worktable adopts an external lifting structure to prevent contact with water.
(13). The openable door is configured with a door switch, featuring a power-off function when the door is opened.
(14). Oil seals are added on both sides of the pressure rollers to prevent water from entering the bearings, thus extending the service life of the bearings. The spindle bearings are imported bearings.
(15). Equipped with complete alarm and display functions.
Alarms: abrasive belt deviation, motor overload, etc.
Displays: abrasive belt current, voltage, etc.
(16). A safety baffle is installed at the equipment's feeding port to prevent placement of workpieces exceeding the set thickness, avoiding abnormal situations such as manual misoperation and material stacking.
(17). Control system
The equipment is equipped with a Delta high-definition touch screen, and the entire machine is centrally controlled by a PLC program, with comprehensive self-inspection functions, safety protection functions, and alarm functions.
3. Mechanism principles:
Principle of abrasive belt mechanism
The deburring and wire drawing mechanism of this equipment is a wide abrasive belt structure. The wide abrasive belt mechanism is longitudinally arranged with a wide width and adopts our company's patented technology, including automatic abrasive belt deviation correction and polishing & wire drawing on the plane between metal edges. It can easily perform high-precision wire drawing on the workpiece surface and remove hard burrs such as those from blanking and curling edges, with the abrasive belt being simple and quick to replace.
