Bar feeder multi long bars automatic feeding, milling outer shape, drilling tail hole, sawing, keyway broaching, automatic unloading.

Product Description：

The machine is designed for cylinder plug automatic lathing and broaching process. The bar feeder can feed the long strip inside the machine for processing automatically, one time can put 10 pieces of 3-5 meters long housing bar. After plug lathing, the transmission belt will convey the plug to the vibratory bowl, and then send the plugs to the broaching station for keyway broaching. Both sides of the machine is equipped with one set broaching cutter consist of 12 pieces. The machine is controlled by PLC and HMI touching screen pane, the processing parameters can be set freely on touching screen panel. One worker can operate 2-3 machines at the same time, and the processing are automatic without much human intervention to save manpower and improve working efficiency.
