3.Automatic Error and Fault Detection: Has the function of automatic error and fault detection, with results displayed on the screen, allowing operators to easily troubleshoot problems. 

4.Processing Data Input via Touch Screen: All processing data is input through the touch screen. For each pipe bend, compensation values, speed, and demolding gaps can be set according to changes in different materials. 

5.Independent Programming for Each Bend of the Same Pipe: For each bend of the same pipe, 5 action sequences and 10 speed segments can be programmed independently for operators to combine use. This improves work efficiency and reduces pipe interference points. 

6.Multi-language Switching on Touch Screen: The touch screen supports switching between Chinese and English, and display of other languages can be ordered according to requirements. 

7.Flexible Feeding Methods: Feeding methods can be selected as straight feeding or pinch feeding according to different needs, and it can automatically convert XYZ coordinates into YBC processing values. 

8.Automatic Heat Dissipation for Electronic Control System: The electronic control system is equipped with a heat exchanger for automatic heat dissipation, ensuring the service life of the electronic control system. 

9. Automatic Oil Injection Lubrication System: The machine is equipped with an automatic oil injection lubrication system, which facilitates maintenance and extends the service life of the equipment. 

10.Manual Fine-tuning and Automatic Position Memory: The settings of the feeding trolley's material inlet position, safety devices, digital model interference position, and guide mold interference position can be finely adjusted manually, and the positions are automatically memorized, eliminating errors caused by manual measurement and losses from machine collisions. 

11.Automatic Detection Before Feeding Axis Operation: The feeding axis will automatically detect before moving to avoid collision with the machine. 

12.Decomposed Actions for Solid Bending: During solid bending, decomposed actions can be selected to observe interference points, modify work processes, and improve efficiency.
