1. Product description

The fully automatic pipe bending machine consists of the following components: equipment body frame, bending shaft right-rotation (clockwise when viewed from above) motion system, clamping die linear motion system, trolley linear motion system, pipe chuck rotation system, auxiliary push plate linear motion system, auxiliary pushing linear motion system, mandrel motion and pipe mandrel support system, central lubrication system, anti-wrinkle plate clamping device, safety system, hydraulic system, program control and electrical system, mold components, and other auxiliary equipment that ensure the stable operation of the machine.

2. Features

1). Pipe Gripping Methods of Feeding Trolley: Internal pipe expansion clamping / external pipe circumference clamping (interchangeable). The trolley adopts two feeding methods: straight feeding and pinch feeding. Both mandrel-free and mandrel-assisted pipe bending are supported. When no mandrel is used, the pinch feeding method allows repeated feeding, with no restrictions on workpiece length.

2). Automatic Processing Control: Through the program control system, the machine inputs pipe bending process parameters to realize fully automatic processing of feeding and pipe bending. Multiple axes are controlled by servo motors with preset acceleration and deceleration times. For each bend of the same pipe, appropriate speeds can be set in steps, ensuring precise positioning and stable operation.

(3). CNC Servo Control for 3D Bending: Controlled by a CNC servo controller, it enables continuous 3D (planar and three-dimensional) pipe bending processing of multiple elbows. For each bend, springback compensation can be set according to material variations. By replacing different molds, it can bend various metal pipes. During bending, decomposed actions can be selected to check interference points, adjust processes, and improve efficiency.

4). Workpiece Monitoring & Data Preservation: Equipped with workpiece operation monitoring, timing, counting, and emergency stop functions. The roundness, shrinkage rate, wall thickness reduction, and wrinkle height at the bent part of the product comply with relevant national regulations. It has a power-off memory function to ensure permanent data preservation.

5). Human-Machine Interaction: The screen displays simplified Chinese. All parameter data can be input via the touch screen. Pipe bending data can be input as actual processing values in two coordinate systems: Y, B, C or X, Y, Z. It is equipped with a movable standard foot pedal start switch and an emergency stop button.

6). Safety Protection: Equipped with safety protection devices to ensure the safety of operators.

7). Hydraulic Components Requirements: Equipped with a hydraulic oil temperature control device. Hydraulic components such as solenoid valves and hydraulic pumps adopt Taiwan Northman, Taiwan Yuken, or other superior brands. It uses an integrated manifold block structure. The main motor has an overload protection function to prevent damage to the main power motor due to improper settings.

8). Electronic Control System: Adopts a combination of servo drives, servo motors, and CPUs from world-renowned controller brands Mitsubishi and Yaskawa, featuring strong performance and excellent stability. It is equipped with a Taiwan Advantech industrial computer system, with an extra-large memory capable of storing up to 2,000,000 groups of file edits.

9). Automatic Error & Fault Detection: Features automatic error and fault detection, with alerts displayed on the screen, allowing operators to easily troubleshoot issues.

10).Material-Adaptable Parameter Setting: All processing data is input via the touch screen. For each pipe bend, compensation values, speed, and demolding gaps can be set according to variations in material types.

11). Independent Bend Programming: For each bend of the same pipe, 5 action sequences and 10 speed segments can be programmed independently for flexible use by operators. This improves work efficiency and reduces pipe interference points.

12). Multi-Language Support: The touch screen supports switching between Chinese and English. Display of other languages can be customized upon request.

13). Electrical Cabinet Temperature Control: The electronic control system is equipped with an industrial air conditioner for the electrical cabinet to control the temperature inside the cabinet, ensuring the service life and stable operation of the electronic control system.

14). Automatic Lubrication: The machine is equipped with an automatic oil injection lubrication system, facilitating maintenance and extending the equipment’s service life.

15). Position Fine-Tuning & Collision Prevention: Settings for the feeding trolley’s material inlet position, safety devices, digital model interference position, and guide mold interference position can be finely adjusted manually, with positions automatically memorized—eliminating errors caused by manual measurement and losses from machine collisions. The feeding axis conducts automatic detection before operation to avoid collisions with the machine.

3. Safety protection

1).All moving parts of the equipment are painted with yellow warning color.

2). Emergency stop protection plates are installed on the inner and outer sides of the bending arm to prevent clamping of people or objects.

3). Danger warning signs are affixed to hazardous parts of the equipment body that are easily accessible during manual operation.

4). The equipment is equipped with overload protection, overheating protection, short-circuit protection, grounding protection, and other functions.

5). All components are equipped with devices to prevent ejection.

6). In both automatic and manual modes, the front-back action sequence inside each application unit is equipped with an interlocking function
