Features:
1. Main functions of machine
(1) This machine adopts mechanical transmission, ensuring stable operation.
(2) It features cyclic and adjustment working modes, enabling convenient operation.
(3) Equipped with Taiwan-manufactured ball screws and the KND K1100MF1i system, the machine realizes numerical control (NC) of longitudinal, transverse, and rotational movements. It also has speed regulation and fault alarm functions. The control system uses manual remote control to ensure smooth movement of the longitudinal and transverse guideways.
2. Main structure of the machine
(1) This machine is mainly composed of an upper bed, a lower bed, a lower sliding block, an upper sliding block, a worktable, a high-precision worm gear pair, a ram, a carriage, an electrical system, a lubrication system, the KND numerical control system, and protective devices.
The upper bed, lower bed, lower sliding block, upper sliding block, worktable, ram, and carriage are all HT200 castings, which undergo quenching and tempering as well as shot blasting treatments.
The lower sliding block and upper sliding block are integrally cast and adopt dovetail guideways. The ram and carriage are also integrally cast. Taiwan-manufactured ball screw pairs are used for longitudinal, transverse, and rotational movements. The servo motor is directly mounted on the upper sliding block to directly control the upper sliding block and the hi
gh-precision worm gear pair.
(2) The electrical system uses 24V low-voltage electricity to ensure the safety of operators. The input signal for the numerical control part is 24V.
(3) The lubrication system adopts centralized lubrication, and the lubrication interval is adjustable.
(4) The machine worktable is equipped with left, right, front, and rear protective devices as well as full protection. The fully enclosed shield prevents cutting fluid, iron chips, and other debris from splashing outside the machine tool. If full protection is not required, we can provide worktable protection or semi-protection.
