The SLK-350A CNC slotting machine has a slotting length of 350mm and a maximum slotting speed of 90n/min. It is mainly used for slotting keyways of 10mm or less; for keyways exceeding 10mm, combined tools are required for slotting. The transmission method is belt drive. The worktable comes standard with a circular rotary worktable.

Features:

1. The slotting machine is mainly composed of upper and lower machine beds, a carriage, a ram, a crank, a slider, a worktable, etc. All main parts are made of HT250 cast iron, processed through high-temperature aging treatment, and finished by precision machining or precision scraping and fitting.

2. It is controlled by the KND1000MF CNC control system and equipped with an electronic handwheel, enabling convenient tool setting.

3. It adopts timing belt drive, featuring low noise and high power transmission capacity.

4. The slotting main motor is a 3.7 kW servo motor.

5. The ball screw assemblies for the X and Y axes adopt a double-nut pre-tightening structure, which facilitates adjusting the gap between the screw and the nut and extends the service life of the ball screw assemblies.

6. Standard a semi-protective structure, optional a full-protective structure, ensuring safety and an attractive appearance. Chip conveyor on request.

7. The slotting machine is capable of slotting planes, formed surfaces, internal and external single keyways, and spline grooves. It has high power, good rigidity, large precision reserve, high cost-effectiveness, and a long service life. Widely used in machine tool and automobile manufacturing, various mechanical and electrical industries, and aerospace industries, it is an ideal equipment for processing keyways of various materials.
