Featurns:

1. The SLK-500A CNC Slotting Machine can machine keyways, teeth, slot flat surfaces and formed surfaces. It is a cutting machine performing slotting operations under CNC system control.

2. The machine is mainly composed of upper and lower bed, slide carriage, ram, sliding block, worktable and other components. All components are HT250 castings with high-temperature aging treatment, finished by precision machining or precision scraping fitting.

3. This machine is equipped with KND1000MF CNC system supporting full-screen editing in English and multiple other languages. An electronic handwheel is fitted for easy tool setting. The CNC system is equipped with complete and reliable interlock, safety protection and fault diagnosis & alarm functions. Standard communication interface is available for program control and data storage via computer, enabling DNC machining (functions vary subject to system configuration).

4. The main motor drives slotting work via belt transmission. X-axis, Y-axis and rotary feeds adopt servo control to realize stepless speed regulation. The ball screws of X and Y axes are directly coupled with motors.

The X and Y axis ball screw assemblies adopt double-nut preloading structure, which facilitates adjustment of the clearance between screw and nut and extends the service life of ball screw assemblies.

5. Semi-guard is supplied as standard; full safety guard is optional. Chip removal device is also optional.
