1.Main functions

(1) This machine adopts mechanical transmission, ensuring stable operation.

(2) It is equipped with cycle and adjustment working modes for easy operation.

(3) The machine uses Taiwan-manufactured ball screws and is fitted with the KND K1100MF1i system to achieve CNC control for longitudinal, transverse, and rotary movements. It has a speed regulation function and a fault alarm function. The control system adopts manual remote control to ensure stable movement of the longitudinal and transverse guideways.

(4) The worktable is equipped with an automatic indexing function.

2、Main structure

(1) The machine is mainly composed of an upper bed, lower bed, lower sliding block, upper sliding block, worktable, high-precision worm gear pair, ram, sliding frame, electrical system, lubrication system, KND CNC system, and protective devices.

The upper bed, lower bed, lower sliding block, upper sliding block, worktable, ram, and sliding frame are all made of HT200 cast iron, which have undergone quenching and tempering as well as shot blasting.

The lower sliding block and upper sliding block are integrally cast and adopt dovetail guideways; the ram and sliding frame are also integrally cast. Taiwan-manufactured ball screw pairs are used for longitudinal, transverse, and rotary movements. The servo motor is directly mounted on the upper sliding block to directly control the upper sliding block and the high-precision worm gear pair.

(2) 24V low-voltage electrical components are used to ensure the safety of operators. The input signal of the CNC control part is 24V.

(3) The lubrication system adopts centralized lubrication, and the lubrication interval is adjustable.

(4) The machine worktable is equipped with left, right, front, and rear protective devices as well as full protection. The fully enclosed shield prevents cutting fluid, iron chips, etc. from splashing outside the machine tool. If full protection is not required, we can provide worktable protection or semi-protection.
