The SLK-350 CNC slotting machine has a slotting length of 350mm and a maximum slotting speed of 70n/min. It is mainly used for slotting keyways of 18mm or less; for keyways exceeding 18mm, combined tools are required for slotting. The transmission method is belt + gear drive. It features strong cutting force and is mainly used for processing wide keyways. It can be optionally equipped with an external CNC rotary table or a built-in 320mm CNC rotary table, where the built-in swivel table is embedded inside the worktable.

1. The SLK-350 CNC Slotting Machine is capable of machining keyways, teeth, slotting planes and formed surfaces. It is a cutting machine that performs slotting operations under the control of a CNC system.

2. The machine mainly consists of upper and lower machine beds, slide carriage, ram, crank, sliding block, worktable and other components. All parts are cast from HT250 cast iron, subjected to high-temperature aging treatment, and finished via precision machining or precision scraping fitting.

3. Equipped with the KND1000MF CNC system, the machine supports full-screen editing with English prompts. An electronic handwheel is provided for convenient tool setting.

4. The main drive adopts a crank mechanism. The main motor drives slotting processing through three-stage speed reduction (one-stage timing belt reduction plus two-stage gear reduction). X-axis and Y-axis feeds are servo-controlled to achieve stepless speed regulation. The ball screws of X and Y axes are directly coupled with servo motors.

5. Optional CNC dividing head or CNC rotary table is available; an inner rotary worktable can also be selected to realize slotting functions. This further expands machine capabilities and enables precise machining of keyways at various angles.

6. Full safety guard is supplied as standard equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.

7. Chip removal device is optional.
